I AM A SUBSCRIBER OF BSNL LANDINE PHONE, BROADBAND AND IPTV SERVICE UNDER TELEPHONE NUMBER 0172-2626774. THE IPTV INSTALLED AT MY HOME IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY SINCE 18TH JULY 209 TLILL DATE. AND DESPITE OF MANY COMPLAINTS REGARDING THE SAME TO BSNL AS WELL AS IPTV DEPARTMENTS NO SOLUCTION HAS BEEN GIVEN TO ME . I ALSO MAILED MY COMPLAINT ON THE EMAIL ADDRESS GIVEN ON BSNL WEBSITE BUT HAVE RECIEVED NO RESPONSE FOR THE SAME FROM THEIR SIDE . MOREOVER I HAVE REQUESTED FOR WAIVER OF RENT WHEN MY BSNL LANDLINE, BROADBAND AND IPTV SERVICES WERE NOT WORKING (IPTV STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY) BUT NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE DESPITE VARIOUR REMINDER AND COMPLAINTS . HENCE I REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL
