I took the bsnl connection only because bsnl is offering the ip tv. telephone and broadband installed last week but i am still waiting for installation of ip tv. please have the same installed immdtly. i got the cable connection cut from 01 aug so now we cannot watch tv.
pl take necessary action immediately
