I, the undersigned Shri Suresh Vishwambhar Potdar having telephone no 2300094 and consumer no 2109295096 at my residence 001, Nav Ashokvan CHS, Behind Holy Cross School, Chikanghar, Kalyan (West), have to say that the internet connection installed at my residence is not functioning since last three days. It is showing error 691 and excess is denied. I, therefore, request you to do the needful and reinstate the connection immediately as I have to attend some urgent work.
