Efunding BSNL landline telephone security

I had a landline telephone number 0512-2260406 at our residence 425 D-Panki, kanpur-208020.

We had disconnected it on 10 Aug paying all my dues. Our telephone had been disconnected on 19 Novand deposted telephone directory andtelephone instrument on 5 Dec at Lajpat Nagar Kanpur. We have submit our Application for refunding my security deposte on 21 Dec

at office of Kalayanpur Kanpur.

But we are sorry to say that till date we have not recieved my security deposite Rs.3000/- .We request you please refund my security deposite as soon possible on my following address :
