BSNL is claiming that they have complete structured customer care mechanism in place to serve its customers.

Customers has enough choices in this age to choose... especially in telecommunication field.

What makes me saying this is... I have registered a complaint about my landline.. I got a docket number also. Right after one month also there was no action.. docket status showing is... service pending at outdoor... Then I thought of visiting customer care office. When I enquired there they were telling that there is some problem for the cabling and it will take some time. All other lines in my apartments are working fine and only my connection is out of order... I don’t know how the cable problem only for me... and if the problem is for the cable which connects the main box to my instrument.. to change a 10 mtr cable, one month is required? And if I ask this in customer care the officer is telling me to talk to cable department :)
