THE ADOPTER /POWER CABLE CONNECTED TO MY BROADBAND MODEM GOT OUT OF ORDER.BUT, BSNL DID NOT PROVIDE ANY SERVICE/SUPPORT NOR REPLACE THE SAME, AS THEY DO NOT KEEP ANY STOCK OF SPARES.RATHER INTERESTINGLY, THEY ADVISED ME TO PURCHASE A NEW MODEM .NO POINT TO PURCHASE A NEW MODEM AS THE MODEM IS O.K.ULTIMATELY, I HAD TO PUCHASE A NEW ADOPTER & POWER CABLE FROM LOCAL MARKET AFTER LOT OF SEARCH.
