I am a subscriber of BSNL Kolkata telephone. My phone number is 2494 0921

From 05.04.2009 my phone is dead. I have registered many complaint, details given below:

P1514 dated 06.04.2009

R7439 dated 11.04.2009

S1234 dated 18.04.2009

S4183 dated 23.04.2009

P1514 dated 06.04.2009

Nobody from BSNL Kolkata visited my house upto now to check and find the problem.

I would request your immdte necessary action.
