Landline Telephone out-of-orde

My landline telephone no.033-24911756 under Kankhuly Ghosepara Telephone Exchange (Alipore), Kolkata Telephones, has gone out-of -order 4 times in the last 15 days. Consequent upon complaints in the Customer Care, the telephone was repaired each time. But each time it went out of order within the next 1 or 2 days again. Please request the authorites to repair my landline telephone permanently as I've ailing parents at home who need constant medical guidance from doctors.
