My land phone is dead - not active since last 3 weeks & I have registered a complaint with Kolkata telephones whose complanit number is L1391 .

unfortunately my phone has not been made active till date hereby I am facing huge difficulties to contact my residence & also I have a broad band connected with my base line which is also dead due to the same.
