BSNL Landline and Broadband
Complaints neglected

Sir,

I have been using bsnl landline as well as broadband service for 6 months. Everytime I gave a complaint on some issue, they wont respond to it. When ever I called them and enquire about my complaint they will say that it will be resolved by 5 o clock. It wont be resolved, If I call them after 5PM nobody will recieve call after 5PM. Every time It takes more than a week and 10 to 15 phone calls to get my work done. I am fed up with worst service of BSNL in Chennai. Please take corresponding action.
