I am the customer of bsnl and bsnl broadband, as no facillity r too gud for use..as landline phone is completely dead for last 10 days and broadband prob. since 2 mnts, Every 10min. i have to re-connect the net. As BSNL says there is the earthing in line, but the duty of bsnl is to remove, but no action taken.
Here line man comes and check and say ok, but no action r taken, i had also complaint to the mehata sir, which is had of this department, but nothinh happen.
PLZ SOLVE MY PROB AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
