Hi,
My phone was disconnected without any information given to me. And when I checked it was told to me that the same was done due to non payment of bills. I infomed them that i had not received any bills. The bills were then made and given to me.
I find it difficult to understand on what basis the phone connection was removed without even sending the bills to me. Later on I paid the bill amout, but the phone is still disconnected.
I am suprised with such service and attitude of your staff. Me and my entire famility including my inlaws have been your customer for a very long time and such service really creat a bad impression.
Would request you to please ractify the same and taken action against the concerned employee who had disconnected my connection without even having the decency of informing me.
