Landline connection awaited

Sir,

We have taken New BSNL Landline connection in July. Which worked for 3 days and after that it is not working at all.

We did not get any bill for 3 months and got 3 months bill at a single time. We don't know what plan is provided to us.

Even though we have given the complaints in BSNL office people just close the complaints without addressing it.

Kindly look into the issue ASAP.
