Delay in shifting

We shifted from K K Nagar to 5/1 Karumarriamman Nagar Kolapakkam Chennai 602101 and gave the phone for shifting on 12th Nov and we told that our phone would be installed at the new house by 20th Nov. Till date nothing has happened and when we call the respective person on the phone 24829522 we get irresponsible replies and sometimes our calls are never answered. This phone is the only way to reach my father who is aged 73 years and sufferes from illness and i can only reach him or he can reach me for any emergency when i'm away at work. Can you kindly look into this and let us know a solution ASAP?
