I have a BSNL land line in Lucknow bearing phone number 0522 -2726021 which is dead for almost a month now, I have registered my complaint 02 times last time I lodged my complaint on 198 and I got the complaint number M1510, BUT NOTHING HAS HAPPENED TILL DATE the phone is still not working.
