My bsnl landline bearing no 08413233453 is not working for last one year but i am receiving the bills every bimonthly regularly and i am paying.i have given a written complaint 2 months back at Narsinghi exchange but in vain. concerned authorities may take necessary steps to rectify the same immediately. otherwise my connection may please be cancelled and reimburse the amount paid by me even when the phone was not working
