New Phone Connection

I had applied for the new connection in Amrapali Vaishali, Vaishali, Ghaziabad for landline BSNL phone on 17.01. Connection N0-KSB23282.Since 3 months have passed, no connection has been provided at my apartment. I have followed up with BSNL many times but in vain.
