Phone Dead Not repairing ASAP

Dear Sir,

Sub: Repair to Ph. No. 08475 295121.

Our phone is since last five days, if I Complained at our local BSNL office they are telling us to disconnect the phone and get the CDMA connection. However, in our home BSNL signal will not available. Please consider this as complaint and arrange to repair the phone ASAP.
