My telphone connection is under Vallikkunnu exchange, Parappanangadi SDE in Malappuram District, Kerala. My telephone number is 0494-2473020. I had registered a complaint on 18-5 (Complaint No. Z 934). But your depart ment not taken any action to above complaint yet.

So I request you to take necessary steps on my complaint at the earliest.
