i m bsnl consumer n my father mr. nanak ram godhwani has 2 of landline connections from your department that become dead again and again even after putting complaints. every month once or twice i have 2 complain 2 bsnl n sometimes i dont get response at all. u r requested to plz give an apporopriate response to my complait
