Phone Not Working

Dear Sir/Madam

My Self J.k. Nayak, At/Po- Mathakaragola, Dist Dhenkanal, Orissa. My BSNL Land Line No- 06769276228 . Without any valid reasion 20days/month my landline is not working and phone bill is excess than expectation.

Please take a action soon that we will get good servive for every time.
