Exchange of bsnl landline

Dear sir,

Two months ago there was an offer of exchange of old bsnl landline with new bsnl landline.

so, we gave our old bsnl landline to our line man on 4 july, he told that he will give us new bsnl landline.

but after 1 month we didn't get any reply from him. So we contact him again on 4th august. he told that he will bring it tommorow.but we again didnt get any reply. then what he did was very bad, he gave us our older phone.our phone no. is 02988-222226.please contact us.

kindly take the necessary action and tell him to give new bsnl landline.
