I have made several complaints to the BSNL office, Pan Bazar Division, Guwahati, Assam, India, regarding my disruption of landline service since 06-08 but they dint respond to it till date and for which i'm facing a great inconvenience in my day to day busines dealings.. so, it is my request that you look into the matter seriously and take some necessary steps to resolve the problem...
