My telephone no. 079-22721477 is not functioning since 29th Aug. 09. I had regd. complaint through bsnl customer care. but no response. this problem is faced by us very often. if this is the facility bsnl provide to their loyal customers then sorry to say nobody will hardly take interest in their services in this competitive scenario. even i am also thinking to switch over services to other co. hope you would do needful inthe matter immediately.
