Landline not working properly

Dear Sir,

My self Anil Kumar, i a have a land line connection from BSNL, We are facing lot of problem from last few months, our connection shows out of order most of the times, i have already approach to local Telephone exchange but there is no satisfactary answer, we are facing a lot of problem kindly look on his matter otherwise a will knock the door of law. Plz do the needfou, i shall be very thankful to you.
