OWNER DEAD AND NOT PAID BILLS AMOUNTING 1800 Rs

My father died leaving a bill due of 1800 Rs... the telephone no. is 23235366 and customer id is 0603009603410..His name was Lt Jagat Saran Bhattacharya..

Now we being their legal heirs are selling the house ..what shall we do to clean this matter..
