I am not receiving BSNL land line bills regularly

I have a landline telephone connection bearing no. 040-27033317. I use this connection for BSNL Broadband. The problem is I am not getting my bills regularly. I need those bills for my reimbursements. I cannot use the softcopy/xerox of the original bill.

I have complained about it to the accounts officer but still i my problem is not fixed.

I have lost 4 months of internet reimbursement because of not providing the proof of using internet.

Could you please help me in resolving this issue?
