Landline Connection failure

Sir,

I am a customer of BSNL landline, having telephone number 0484-2541271, under Kalamassery Telephone Exchange. My land line connection has been stopped working for last three weeks. I had made my complaint to the nearest Telephone Exchange many times. But no action been taken to solve my problem by telecom authority. So i kindly request u to take immediate action to solve the problem
