I have BSNL land line (25743824). 4 months back I got the connection. After installation it took 1 week to activate due to slot problem in their exchange. After that there are lot of noise in the phone. I mad subsequent request. No response. Last 1 week my phone is dead. I made a complaint (My complaint no. is 107). Past 1 week they are saying Line problem (cable leak). But still now there is no solution. Today I met SDE in bommanhalli office. But no response. I don't know when it get resolved.
