There is no balance enquiry fecility for bsnl landline. Due to this a customer cant assess his bill at the middle of the month. Customer can not utilise his given total freecals. I suggest there must be a balance enquiry (like Tataindicom, Airtel, ..etc) system and the balance must be in Rupees but not in metered units. Then one can assess and take care of his bill in the middle of the month.
