Changing the piece (phone)

Sir,

we want to change our landline piece because it was not working properly.we have to face various difficulties to do a call .we have submitted this complaint to u since 8th june u can check ur records.we want the new piece i.e. a new id phone.if u can't do so then we think that we should disconnected the phone.kindly give us a new piece and do this fast.
