Sir, I have bsnl landline connection as well as broadband. The landline is carrying untolerable amount of disturbance which makes it impossible to attend a phone call or to make one, moreover the broad band connectivity also cannot be established. The local authority is not lending a ear to the problem henceforth the higher concerned authority is expected to look into the matter.
