Not working for long time

No words to say about bsnl landline service. not worst service.. its very worst service..we are paying bill for not working CONNECTION.. this is not for one or two connections.. this is for entire VILLAGE.. no one is capable to rectify this problem.. we already complained many times.. THIS PROBLEM AFFECTED VILLAGE IS MARUDUR. STD EXCHANGE CODE :04331
