I have BSNL land line ph connection at my residence. The no is 04023732430, installed at flat 701, Bhanu Deluxe Tower, Ameerpet -16, Hyderabad. The phone goes dead frequently. The BSNL official rectify. It works for some time, again goes dead. This has happened five times in last one month. SO much is mental/physical torture caused by the trouble that my family members are helpless.
Already written to Nodal Officer, & GM c/o CGMT but no use.
Will you pl advise how to get proper service as I get timely bills & regular calls for making payment on time on IVR from BSNL, in return such poor treatment.
