I, gloria Sahoo Mazumdar on behalf of my husband (Dipayan Mazumdar), residing in House No.31, Near MEG Layout 1st cross, A.Narayanpura, want's to lodge a complaint stating that Since Last May we are not recieving either the telephone connection nor the internet properly. We contacted the customer care they say some wire-man will be comming but they never come. And As of date When we call the customer care they always give us the docket no and a contact no. to contact on some tel. No which never works.. We have been regularly paying the bill through HDFC online Payment option. Till Date We are paying the Telephone bill with no service. Can you please help us to resolve this issue and fix our telephone connextion and internet connection which has been a problem since more than a year Now.
Once in the Month of march i made a complaint the customer care person followed for few days and told some person will come and rectify the problem but nobody came and when I tried to reach her through the called number, it used to ring but nobody used to pick up the call at all.
We are making the Payments for the Bill For which we are not getting the service at all. Is this right.. Please help us to resolve this issue as we don't wan't to disconnect the line.

I will be very obliged if you give me the correct number to contact you to resolve this issue or give me proper direction what am I supposed to do to resolve this issue because several times i tried to lodge a complaint through the bsnl website but each time after entering the complete complaint it says -There was a problem sending this mail.
I you provide your help and lodge a complaint against the BSNL Service I will be very obliged to you.
