Bsnl landline connection
Efund of cancellation amount

Dear Sir,

We have BSNL Landline connection since February 1996. The number is 08745-252144. And paid Rs. - deposit amount.

Recently in February my father gave application for cancellation of connection. In BSNL office, they confirmed the cancellation of connection in March. Since then we didn't get the deposit amount back. Last week I enquired about this in BSNL office. They replied that " you will get only Rs.487 only. not the full amount. And they didn't tell the proper reason." And also they said already we sent the refund amount through POST. But we didn't get that.

Please look into this and do the needful.
