Irresponsibility of line man

this is regarding the irrespnsibility of line man who is working in pampady exchange under the kottayam telephone cirle (kerala). my land line no at home is 04812504021. my parents are residing there alone.the mentioned line is in my father"s name (v j joseph) and its ina remote area. as a loyal customer of ur co i was complaining the same to ur office in charge for the past 3 months. bu t the response from the co s side was pathatic.my parents are old and in cause of an emergency how can they contact others. as a loyal customer of ur company, iam requesting ur kind attention to resolve my issue.
