Bsnl landline new connection at kasba kol.42
Delay in extending New landline connection

Dear Sir,

I have depiosited Rs.500/- for new BSNL land line connection (Registration No. KSU/GG/NOR/09-10/0071 dtd.25.4.09; Customer No.0220090400485) for my residence at KASBA, Kolkata-42 on 25.4.09 bearing registration no. KSU/GG/NOR/09-10/0071 at Bullygung BSNL office but came to know from BSNL Kasba office that NO CABLE IS AVAILABLE AND THEY CAN NOT SAY WHEN CONNECTION WILL BE GIVEN as directed by Ballygung BSNL office for enquiry for new connection at my residence. Since I am regular customer of BSNL Landline Broad Band user, I am missing a lot for not connecting me. Kindly help me to expedite the connection.
