I have applied a new landline connection since past 20 days now..
The line man fixed the phone after nearly 10 days, but the phone is still not started..
I made infinite calls to everybody right from Bambolim exchange, Altin exchange, commercial dept, & customer care also since continuously for 5 days, But nobody is able to reply why my phone is not yet started. they blame eachother for not starting connection...
I was given their internal communication No: BAMB354.
So pathetic service anybody must have come across. This is the reason the private communication sector like airtel, vodafone is growing very soon.
I would request u'll to please change your attitude towards work/urself, coz I feel we are not working only for money, there is lot more in life than money...
