Dear Sir

I would like to give you a feedback about your services to client that my Phone No.-0120-2607713 is dead since last one month & I have requested many times to JE, SDO-Indriapuram Exchange, but no action has been taken till now & daily i listen that line is there to repair the phone. Your computerised complained Ph. also doesn’t work so cannot tell you complain no also.

I requested Line Man of Indriapuram Exchange also but they talk very rudely to their client.

This is very unfortunate that reputed company like a BSNL is behaving like this to their customer.

If your team is not able to repair the phone Pl. ask me, I would say you thanks & bye... I will find out second alternate. But this is not good for us that we request like a bagger to repair phone every day.
