BSNL Land line Phone
Phone is dead since 3 weeks

My phone no is 040- 24190533 and is dead since 3 weeks being repeatedly giving complaints no response is given. What is to be done. While taking the payment they do not see and consider the phone dead period and when they are prompt at taking the payment then they should also be prompt to provide the service also.
