Hi,

We've terminated our BSNL connection in we settled all our bills but was not able to collect the security deposit amount as it was told that the process will take arount 15 working days, as we've shifted to a new city it was difficult to keep a track what process is going on.

Now this year when we went to BSNL office (at our home town), we found the bills that we paid was not updated in their system. When we showed them the bills and asked them to update they again told us a long process and unnessecary troubled us to move from one person to another to verify the amount paid. We wasted our time for 6 hours then also the issue was not resolved.
