BSNL Landline phone
Phone line not clea

I am a resident of Vivekananda Nagar, Kukatpally having a BSNL landline phone with number (040) 23063655.

My phone line is not clear since many months and I have raised the complaint umpteen number of times. I even met the concerned person in Vivekananda Nagar exchange personally but could get only promises in return.

I would request the concerned authorities to look into this matter urgently.
