I never receive my landline bills. I have not received a single bill since Nov 06. My number is 040-23734551. I called up customer service and received an irresponsible reply saying that postal department is not delivering because BSNLis paying 2Rs per bill whereas postal dept is demanding 5Rs. I complained to a higher official whose mail id was mentionedin BSNL site and then received bills through courier for 2 months, but after that no sign of the bill. I wrote a letter in Times of India and then received some calls from BSNL officials asking me to go to phone office and ask for duplicate bill, but is this the solution? I will have to go every month and waste my time. They are not sending the bills on purpose. I have seen several people in my building receiving bills, but I never receive. So this cannot be a mistake of a single missed bill. I have no idea what to do. Please help.
