I have registered compolaint about my dead BSNL phone on 7/10 (Complaint No.35833) 9th was festival and due to my son's marriage I could not contact the Area Supervisor. On 11/10 I have contacted the concerned area Supervisor. After 2-3 attemp some body lifted the phone I told about my problem, the person who lifted the phone with a rude voice told me to first register your complaint and then talk to me, I told about my Complaint No. and requested him to come at the earlist and rectify the same, he told me very rude voice that why should I come and rectify your phone, I was shokcked to here the same from him. Then I told him then who will attend the same, he replied that I will send my line man and I am Supervisor, when I asked he has not disclosed his idendity. and told me that I cannot assure you that how many days it will take to rectify your phone and if you want you can make complaint against me to my superiors. Till date (14.10.08) my phone is dead. You are requested to instruct the concerned staff to rectify the above phone immediately and take action against such employee.
