My residence landline telephone- telephone nbr is dead since last 20days. repeated complaints

pertaining this is done through 198 (computerised complaint cell of Ghaziabad) but in vain.

Everytime the complaint is cleared without even checking it out.

It has been dead for the past 20 days and still to be attended.

Would be greateful if the matter is takenup in all earnest and the telephone

is restored.
