Sir,
I posses a Landline of BSNL, bearing number 040 23514777. I requested for Data One connection about one and a half month back. The technician informed that there was some problem in the line and there was a complaint raised for the same and since then there was no action taken towards fixing the problem. I was calling the customer care and the concerned officials all the time, but there was no action taken. Can there be a better customer care that BSNL can provide or does it mean that we need to switch to a provider with better service.
