Repeated Dead telephone connectivity

Sir,

This is in regard with my BSNL landline telephone connection 01594-276018 located in Nawalgharh, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. The telephone connection is dead repeatedly after several reminders to the concerned circle officer and needs replacement of external wiring. There has been no action initaited by BSNL authorities till to date and the whole village is suffering from the dead connectivity. Request pressurise the concerned authorities and do the needful at the earlieast. The payments of bills are made regularly despite dead connectivity.
