Dear Sir,

Kindly inform you that i am an old consumer of your BSNL landline and broadband service, through the no. 0542-2413805. But in the bill of month June.09, broadband usage charge include in more amount by you, while we do not use your broadband service in large. You can confirm by our previous bills amount of broadband use charges that how much used broadband by us.

Hence you are requested that take this matter seriously and do the needful as soon as possible, because i am unable to deposite this large amount while we didnt used so do the needfull and obelige.

Above complain already received by Varanasi exchange but no any action taken by them.
