Sub: Telephone connection Faulty and out of service.
It is very pathetic to know of BSNL services which never responds to my number of complaints and the services rendered to me so far. I unfortunately applied for a landline along with an internet facility and having paid a deposit I was given a connection after 2 weeks times. For which the line men visited my premises prior to giving the connection and very pertinently collected their tips promising the connection will be given. But after much pursuance they finally gave the connection which hardly stayed connected for a week and then went out of order. Again after pursuing the depatment they came back after a week and again set it right impending that I give them tips once again. This repetedly happened on four occassions and each time the line men had one excuse or the other and insisted onthem be given tips for each set right connection. I had finally received the Telephone Bill and I find it abnormal and find it not reasonable at all for the services rendered. Hence I request the concerned authorities to either set right my connection at the earliest and refrain the linemen from the practice of collecting tips and doing mischief with my connection. Further which if it is not possible then I would want my connection to be cancelled failing which I will have to take up the issue with the consumer court.
Hope the authorities will do the needful.
